The secret of the Mastermind Success


Why must we form the Mastermind group? According to Andi Fuehl, if we were serious to achieve the big success in the business, then we must form a group> Why must we form the Mastermind group? According to Andi Fuehl, if we were serious to achieve the big success in the business, then we must form a group mastermind. Because Andi used the group mastermind to change himself from not having the work until becoming a millionaire in a period less than three years.


According to him, everyone who was high-achieving great was part of the group mastermind. People like Thomas Alfa Edison, Henry Ford, and Charles Schwab. Edison and Ford, both of them only had a little education. However both of them very successful in the business because they used the approach mastermind.


The new and better idea came from the Mastermind group, that was mentioned Napoleon Hill as "Ketiga thoughts". Ketiga thoughts were born when two thoughts or more were together focussed would one aim together.


Andi formed several teams mastermind. This team have a membership from 2 to 12 people that focussed to the different field, namely investment, expanded your business, the marketing, and wrote the book. Each one had the different focus.


Seven secrets to create and maintain a group mastermind that was successful according to Andi was as follows:

  1. We must have the team with the point of view and the multitudinous background. Because we wanted the different perspective, then the team's insiders must come from the industry or the different expertise field also. When megembangkan or compiled repeated ideas from the different perspective, the better idea is usually received.
  2. Choose someone to lead the group. If mastermind had a membership of five or more, then already during him appointed a leader. The leader will be on duty at the team continue to in the exact road. Helped everyone in opening their thinking when the process produced the idea.
  3. For an aim together. A team will be effective if the aim or results that wanted to be achieved clear. Almost all mastermind that the lack of the point of view and an aim will together experience the failure.
  4. Have the agenda. This agenda was very important to be on duty at the team mastermind continued to be focussed at the time of the meeting.
  5. Open thoughts. Respectively the team's member must continue to be open. When an idea the first time it was proposed, recorded this idea without carrying out the change.
